You’re welcome Zak. Just doing my part to help.
For the safety of yourself and those you love, do not purchase Uno Attack, unless you plan to spend the rest of your life saying, “OK, just one more game“. I swear, I have never played something so sickeningly addictive in my life. That stupid little Uno machine vomits out cards at the most inopportune times…either that, or one of those damn Robars rigged it. I wouldn’t put it past them, they’re conniving to the last.
Memorial Day was, quite possibly, one of the most beautiful days I’ve seen around these parts in quite a while. Of course, this may be due to the fact that I spend an inordinate amount of my time these days with my face buried in a monitor as I update web pages/design things/play EQ/chat with Admirer_01/search for a job, and I’ve just missed the other equally nice days. I can’t really answer that one. All I know is, it was gorgeous, and we all had fun tossing the Turdlet around the pool. We did not, however, have fun playing water badminton, at least not after somebody figured out how to hit the bird in that spot that neither I or my brother could reach.
I’m a pretty big fan of Alfred Hitchcock. North by Northwest is my absolute favorite, but Vertigo is a close second. So I was pretty intrigued when I stumbled across this site, which takes you on a tour of places from Vertigo, then and now, I was pretty impressed. I’ve never been to San Fransisco, but seeing how a city can change after 45 years is pretty cool.
Perhaps it’s not as cool as the Shizzolator, but crummy.com’s Eater of Meanings is cool in it’s own right. Semantically, anyway.
